All images are taken in RAW and post-processed using Adobe Photoshop CS4 or Canon's Digital Photo Professional.
We use the Spyder3 Pro to ensure correct screen color rendition.
For the site itself, our images are uploaded as 640x480 JPEG files to ensure fast speed during downloading and viewing.
Please note that for consistency, we sort our images based on the current official Southern African names list. This means that some related species may not appear alongside each other. To find "Southern Masked-weaver" for example, go to "MASKED-WEAVER, Southern."
All our images are available for purchase for publications or other print media.
